Covid 19 Office Protocols
Due to the continued concerns with COVID-19, Cherry Creek Dental Spa has made some temporary modifications to our daily patient protocol that we want you to be aware of before your visit to our office next week. You’ll still receive the same exemplary service from our dedicated team, however, to ensure the safety of all our patients and team, here are some important changes we have implemented that you must take note of prior to your visit with us:
ALL PATIENTS seen during the COVID-19 CRISIS time will receive an additional $15 COVID-19 Disinfection fee. This fee will be included in your patient estimate for services and due at the time of service. We will submit this fee on our behalf to your insurance company for potential coverage, and if it is paid for, we will reimburse you accordingly.
ALL PATIENTS MUST ARRIVE/LEAVE WEARING MASKS.
Please arrive 10-15min prior to your appointment time to help allow time for safe patient flow in and out of the practice.
All patients who are Frontline Healthcare providers during the COVID-19 CRISIS, must provide our office with negative COVID-19 test results dated for within 48hr of appointment scheduled at our office.
When you arrive, please wait in your car and call our office. We will direct you as to when to come up to our suite safely.
ALL NEW PATIENTS MUST fill out their new patient paperwork online prior to the appointment AND email a photo of their ID and insurance card to email@example.com.
Patients will not be allowed to bring guests with then to their appointments unless they are a guardian accompanying a minor.
ALL PATIENTS MUST PRE-PAY THEIR PATIENT ESTIMATE IN FULL WITHIN 48HR OF THEIR APPOINTMENT IN ORDER TO HOLD THEIR APPOINTMENT RESERVATION, ANY ESTIMATE PAID AND NOT USED WILL BE CREDITED BACK TO THE PATIENT. This includes the $15 Covid-19 Disinfection Fee. Patients will be sent individual emails with your cost estimate several days prior to your appointment.
Any appointment fee not paid within 48 hrs of your future appointment will result in removal of your reservation and your reservation time will be offered to another patient from our ASAP list.
All payments are requested to be paid online PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT, any unanticipated payments need on the day of your appointment must be paid with debit or credit card.
Please note, that if for any reason you may have been exposed to COVID-19, or may be experiencing symptoms, please call our office to let us know so we can discuss rescheduling your visit with no penalty to you.
