First Visit

Your initial visit to Cherry Creek Dental Spa will consist of a comprehensive oral wellness exam, where we use the latest in digital x-rays, intra-oral cameras, and oral cancer screening for a complete diagnosis and a consultation regarding your specific treatment options. If you are in pain, we will make every effort to relieve your pain through emergency treatment, and then schedule you for the necessary follow-ups. Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:

• Your referral slip and any X-rays if applicable
• A list of medications you are presently taking

In an effort to provide the best dental experience possible, please bring your current insurance card at time of first visit. If you don’t have this card, have your current insurance information, allows us to deliver to you the best  explanation of how your insruance expects to respond toward your treatment options. This will save you time and make it easier for you in the processing of your claim. IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation visit. Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are on any medication (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.).

Dental X-Rays

If your previous dentist or physician has taken prior dental x-rays, please have them forwarded to our office as they may be helpful in our diagnosis. Digital radiographs can be emailed to us at info@vibrant-lumiere.216-250-116-108.plesk.page. If additional films are necessary, we will inform you of the cost and they can be taken at our facility.
